INGREDIENTS:
5 black peppercorns
1 stick of cinnamon bark
4 cardamom pods
4 cups water (filtered)
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp Fiji Joe Turmeric
1 tsp honey
4 green tea bags

INSTRUCTIONS:

🥘 Grab a mortar and pestle and coarsely grind the peppercorns, cinnamon bark and cardamom until the pods open up and release the aroma of the black seed inside them. Then take a saucepan on medium heat & fill ‘er up with the water. Add the ginger powder, Fiji Joe Turmeric and coarsely ground spices. Place the lid onto the saucepan and gently heat until it reaches a rolling boil- approximately 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid the spices at the bottom from burning. Turn the heat down to low and add the honey and green tea bags. Stir, replace the lid and turn the stove off. Allow the tea to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving warm with a slice of fresh lemon and ENJOY!
