This Fiji Joe Turmeric Vinaigrette is beyond easy to make, I can’t believe I didn’t share this with you all sooner! It’s tangy, fresh, and thanks to my Fiji Joe Turmeric’s vibrant color, the dressing really pops! A tiny amount of honey ties the ingredients together to make a highly versatile dressing. Having said this, feel free to add more honey if you like sweet things.

This dressing literally comes alive in minutes, with all the ingredients combined in a mixing bowl until emulsified. With the unique flavor of Fiji Joe Turmeric, I promise you it’s a vinaigrette recipe that you’ll use for salads and beyond!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp Fiji Joe Turmeric powder
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
The juice of 1 lemon
Honey to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
🥣 Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Fiji Joe Turmeric and honey into a mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is emulsified… And that’s it, you’re done! With the Fiji Joe Turmeric Vinaigrette, complement your simple salad or Greek salad, as I’ve used here. Drizzle it over literally everything, I promise you, it won’t disappoint.
