Turmeric Creamy Angel Hair

Turmeric Creamy Angel Hair

This silky Turmeric Creamy Angel Hair pasta is super easy to make and with staple ingredients that I’m certain you already have in your kitchen. This is why I’m dubbing this one, one of my weekday recipes. It’s quick and easy. Plus, who doesn’t love good pasta? I throw it together, then eat it out of a big bowl while sitting on the couch with my favorite TV show, it’s my perfect hump day dinner.

My Turmeric Creamy Angel Hair pasta pairs perfectly with a simple salad, dressed with vinegar, some freshly cracked black pepper, and olive oil. Although angel hair is mentioned in this recipe, feel free to substitute your favorite type of pasta when making this dish. This weekday recipe is quite simple: melt some butter in a pan, sauté some garlic and onions, simmer with cream, then add some Parmesan and pasta cooking water to create a silky sauce. The dish is elevated with one special ingredient… Yep, you guessed it! Fiji Joe Turmeric.

I’ve added Fiji Joe Turmeric not only to give this simple pasta dish its vibrant color and its cosmopolitan depth of flavor but to give you a little humpday boost. You see, Fiji Joe Turmeric can help with inflammation and is loaded with antioxidants, can help with metabolic syndrome, reduce arthritis pain, even reduce anxiety, and address hyperlipidemia.

I swear by Fiji Joe Turmeric, this stuff really breathes a new life into me. I have a little sprinkle with my meals, snacks, or smoothies… and even in a big bowl of pasta! As with all-natural remedies and supplements, the secret really is consistency. Enjoy!
